Reports to: eSky Group Marketing Communication Director (located in Poland)
Key responsibilities
- Communication:
- Providing compliance of communication and marketing activities.
- Preparation and/or coordinating the process for b2c marketing communication including web/mobile push, travel guide articles, blog and newsletters.
- Support for b2b media & partners communication.
- Leading the co-branding projects with local partners.
- Social Media:
- In charge of Social Media channels, driven Global strategies, generating engagement, managing relationship/potential crisis, improving our brand reputation.
- Organize, produce, post, create ads campaigns, manage, and measure Social Media campaigns on our official pages, segmenting the markets.
- Monitor and reply to comments of posts and inbox messages on our Social Media channels and other Internet rating platforms.
- PR
- Preparing materials for PR actions with press releases and media contacts according to the Group strategy and PR plan.
- Establishing and maintaining good relations with the media and journalists, creating a permanent base of contacts for the company.
- Other:
- Cooperation with graphic designers, marketing teams, product teams, customer service and other departments to support the relevant communication strategy.
- Monitoring market trends, e-commerce market, competition and identifying new opportunities of growing the company brand on the assigned market.
- Taking part in the development and projects of our brand recognition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing.
- Fluent English – must have, other languages represent an advantage.
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in marketing department. Experience in travel industry, international company or marketing agency as an advantage.
- Experience and knowledge in Social Media paid campaigns, ads, segmentation, comments and inbox messages and reports.
- Good knowledge of Romanian market and customers’ behavior.
- Ability to translate and adapt materials for Romanian.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
