Master Data Specialist

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Master Data Specialist a key member of the Data Maintenance Team and will provide support for Call Center platform and the Service department. Will also work closely with various business areas to ensure master data integrity and the follow up of various project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively involved in the data integrity and processes.
• Execute changes to Microsoft CRM data as it relates to the business processes with stringent adherence to best practices to ensure the integrity of all data change requests
• Ensure that only approved and valid changes are allowed into a production environment
• Work closely with various business functional teams to resolve master data issues as needed while ensuring compliance and consistency of master data across business systems.
• Assist business areas in improving and defining standard operating procedures, process flows and documentation.
• Process to the follow up of the new project of development and Collaborate with multiple departments during various systems projects and implementations
• Be a testing support for new system enhancements and project implementation
• Manage account creation and maintenance
• Integration & Maintain partner data and pricing grid.
• Prepare documentation

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred• English is mandatory• 2 years min of experience in a similar position
