Master Data Specialist with English

TASKS

• Verifies and updates the databases used for serial production, ensuring their correctness and consistency.
• Creates parts and nomenclature references
• Updates the documentation in relation to the evolution of the product being tracked.
• Maintain master data into the ERP system for new parts
• Maintain part parameters for purchase parts, finish goods and service parts in alignment with related departments
• Establish reports to keep tracking master data correctness
• Copy and modify the BOM's when needed
• Communicate and track product changes into related departments
• Create and maintain branch relations in ERP system
• Implementing & Maintaining the ECOs (engineering change orders)
• Maintaining service & spare parts data into the system
• Establish and maintain Kanban in ERP, printing Kanban cards, implementing Kanban changes
• Creating different excel reports

REQUIRMENTS

• Technical studies or economical engineering studies
• Experience on a similar position
• Good understanding of production flow and product components
• Experience in working with an ERP system mandatory
• Very good Excel knowledges
• Logical thinking and very high attention to details is required
• English mandatory - only cv's in English language will be selected.
