Material Controller - CSC TSR

Job description:

As a Material Controller in our department you will be part of an International Team. You will have to:

  • Collect, check, control and clarify main impacts on PPV, PPV other and PPV FX with the main locations in order to get data for further analysis;

  • Identify special impacts (. cash payments from suppliers, accrual creation);

  • Analyze monthly ZMPV report and data quality improvement;

  • Create monthly purchasing reports: Vendor Details, Consignment Share, Key Performance Indicator Reports on Segment Level, TOP10 PPV Report;

  • Support in PPV FC definition on Segment level;

  • Clarification of wrong master data with Purchasing and Location;

  • Creation of PPV FX model on segment level;

  • Budget planning: Modias Maintenance, checking on bill of material’s correctness and completeness, Checking of material price correctness;

  • Creation of different budget reports and preparation of management presentation for final target alignment;

  • Alignment of total purchasing volume with world-wide PSS location; A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

    Job requirements:

    Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • University or Master Degree in Finance / Economics / Economical Engineering;

  • English Advanced skills for writing, reading and speaking;

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and financial principles;

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues.;

  • Ability to work in a team environment;

  • Production or Engineering background is a plus.
