Job Description

• Organizing the Logistic area
• Updating the work instructions for logistics area
• Process confirmation for physical logistic area
• Responsible for CIP (Continuous Improvement Process)
• Ensuring the necessary tools for proper working in the delivery area
• Create delivery notes and check lists for delivery
• Plan shipping delivery orders
• Ensure that the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is correctly monitored
• Ensure the accuracy of the stock that appears in the system (SAP) with the physical stock
• Ensure that the direct/indirect employees have the trainings and instructions required to perform their daily tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in commercial field
• Experience in coordinating a team represents an advantage
• SAP SD/MM knowledge is a plus
• Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of logistic processes within a production area represents an advantage
• monitoring and defining of KPI's (represents an advantage)
• Beginning with English medium level
