YOUR TASKS

The vision of Business Services is to deliver administrative services in a LEAN, INNOVATIVE, and SMART way. You will be part of the Business Service Organization for Business Transformation Management, which is responsible to deliver services for the fields of and Engineering Standards, Process Management, Customer Requirements Documents.
You will deliver the services to create Standard Materials within the PLM System for the global HELLA Organization and work with customers worldwide according to defined Service Level Agreements. As part of a highly motivated team, you will work collaboratively to continuously improve the efficiency of our Services by leveraging digitalization and automation opportunities wherever possible.

• You will create different types of Standard Materials within SAP/PLM as requested by the business division;
• You will identify improvement ideas to optimize the Standard Materials service execution;
• You will drive the implementation of the identified improvements in collaboration with other departments, . internal Information Management.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable studies.
• You have multiple years of Experience in using SAP/PLM, especially in creation of Standard Materials.
• You have a high motivation to continuously improve your productivity
• You are speaking fluent English; German skills represent an advantage.
• You have competence in optimizing and digitalizing processes
• You have experience in product development.
