Measurement Laboratory Manager

Tasks and main responsibilities:

• Responsible for running laboratory safely and efficiently
• Manage reporting, monitoring, resources, and laboratory personnel
• Work closely with team members to provide effective solutions to support business and quality objectives
• Facilitate effective communication across internal departments by trending and reporting data
• Establish and improve procedures and processes by addressing issues and risks
• Utilize proven employee management solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
• Ensure the lab establishes and maintains a calibration program for testing/measurement equipment that affect quality results
• train laboratory technicians and engineers on the correct use of laboratory equipment, in addition to mentoring and disciplining laboratory staff
• 3D measurement program concept and implementation based on customer drawing
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, budgets, and schedules

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering, technical studies
• 3D machine ZEISS CALYPSO Advanced
• Technical drawings interpretation
• Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships in the laboratory
• Strong problem-solving, training, team building, and mentoring abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge in English
• Experince on a similiar position (minimum 2 years)
