We are currently hiring for the position of Media Project Manager at DOC .ro, located in Bucharest. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role on the dynamic Digital Marketing team, driving growth within the exciting emerging channels of eCommerce and Social Media Platforms.
Your Role:
Your job will be to manage the relationships with media agencies or direct clients, following the commercial and business development directions approved by management, with the aim of maximizing sales revenues, increasing the client portfolio, and hitting targets.
You will be coordinating the advertising activity of the company and will be responsible for the deployment of the media campaigns agreed with our clients, as well as leading annual planning and day-to-day business management, including forecasting, data analysis, performance tracking against KPIs.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Developing advertising and commercial presentations and offers, negotiating advertising contracts, follow-up on contracts signing and payments made by the clients, coordinating the advertising activity of the company and will be responsible for the deployment of the media campaigns agreed with our clients, verifying monthly and quarterly advertising consumption, using media analytics tools such as CPM, CPC, etc
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by making sure they are aware of all the advertising solutions offered by our company and working with the digital team to ensure the client is happy with what is offered (content, design, social media, etc)
- Meeting sales targets
- Contacting businesses and other potential clients to source new leads
- Drive business growth by developing and implementing high-impact media planning

We need you to have:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in advertising/media purchase/media sales
- Proven track record in developing and implementing media plans
- High experience with developing advertising and commercial presentations and offers, verifying monthly and quarterly advertising consumption, using media analytics tools such as CPM, CPC, etc
- Superior negotiation and communication skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize disparate pieces of content into high impact selling copy
- Effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities, while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage teams and budgets
