YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A.            Medical governance and adherence tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure that any materials intended for external communication, prepared by CH Division are reviewed and approved according to the relevant procedure
• Responsible to ensure that all necessary personnel is adequately trained in the topics related to CH products and therapeutic areas, as well as in medical governance and to ensure excellence in the medical knowledge of the sales & marketing teams
• Represent the CH division in industry associations for medical governance related topics
• Accountable for Medical Governance and Medical Information within the country
• Responsible for setting and maintaining a culture of the highest ethical standards for any medical activity

B.            Strategic and partnering tasks and responsibilities

• Act as member and a partner of the multidisciplinary brand team on country, cluster and global level, as required, and contribute the medical insight to aid the executive direction in therapeutic areas
• Contribute to the content of promotional materials and help create convincing communication concepts in cooperation with marketing and external partners
• Contribute to the establishment of the local medical strategy and brand plans
• Develop and guide local KOL, societies, and associations management strategy together with commercial organization and cluster medical team in order to provide outside scientific assessment, assistance and support, through scientific discussions

C.            Cross-Functional Support

• Contribute to and promote cross-functional support between Medical affairs and Marketing-sales-trade departments.
• Contribute scientific knowledge and insights to the Business Unit in a timely, proactive and systematic manner in order to further enable them to perform scientific marketing and fully exploit the business potential of our major brands
• Follow-up the latest scientific developments in the relevant areas and identify, compile, analyze and summarize scientific information in a timely, proactive, systematic manner for marketing use and to proactively identify opportunities or threats for our own and competitive compounds
• Represent the company at national/international congress and medical meetings as needed, including booth scientific support, speaker activities and participation in lectures to maintain his / her awareness within therapeutic area
• Conduct local scientific advisory boards as needed
• Ensure effective contribution of medical expertise to pharmacovigilance and medical affairs studies teams
• Provide scientific guidance to regulatory and market access departments as needed

WHO YOU ARE

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3 years work experience in Consumer /OTC sector in Medical Affairs or similar experience in commercial functions with experience in the field of medical support of a product portfolio.
• Adequate knowledge on local codes and regulations, clinical operations and pharmacovigilance.

EDUCATION:

• Degree in Medicine/Pharmacy/Life Science
