Responsabilities:
- Complaint handling Medical Devices
- Data quality monitoring, Risk assessment of complaints
- International complaint management related to:
- Complaint data analysis
- Preparation of dedicated Quality and Vigilance Reports
- Controlling of communication with Authorities
- Planning of Post Market Surveillance (PMS) and assessment
- Complaint data quality improvement and follow-up
- Expertise Sharing and training at Headquarters in Germany
Qualifications:
- Excellent English skills (verbal / written)
- Technical education (University)
- Extended experience in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Basic database knowledge
- Able to work independently
- Organized, with good communication skills
- Team player
- Willing to travel internationally
