Medical Representative - Pharma

YOUR MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Engage with customers to establish trustful and sustainable relationships. Understand the clients’ needs and discuss with the manager the best individual action plan according to the product’s strategy.
▪ Accomplish the number of multi-channel predefined engagement interactions setup for the territories’ target group
▪ Make product presentations in front of the clients, using the promotional tools designed by Marketing
▪ Organizes and participates in marketing and promotional events according to the tactical plan: round tables, presentations, congresses, symposia, other activities;
▪ Identifies new clients and new business development opportunities
▪ Understand and analyze together with the manager, the sales development, competitive landscape and KPIs defined.
▪ Continuous learning regarding the products in the portfolio, reporting and analytic tools in order to ensure professional services at the highest level
▪ Offers consultancy/support to the clients regarding the pharmacovigilance area.
▪ Work with winning mindset to achieve the quantitative and qualitative goals set
▪ Responsible for permanent update of the company databases
▪ Respects the laws, ethical standards in accordance with internal rules and other regulations approved (for example: ARPIM).
▪ Compliant with the Health & Safety Regulations
▪ Fully alignment with all company policies, procedures & internal rules.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience:
▪ University degree, preferably in pharmaceutical-medical field;
▪ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical field;
▪ Ability to work under pressure and to make decisions fast;
▪ Good abilities of working both in teams and autonomously;
▪ Very good social and communication skills;
▪ Business and entrepreneurial mindset;
▪ Excellent analytical skills, structured approach, proactive and self-motivated;
▪ Demonstrated digital skill and willingness to work remotely;
▪ Very good skills of MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT
▪ Foreign languages: English – advanced level;
▪ Driving license category B
