MEP PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements

• MEP Engineer bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Project Management training and/or certification issued by national or international certification body is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of overall experience in construction
• Minimum 5 years of experience as MEP Project Manager (preferably on residential projects)
• Minimum 1 large scale project delivered or 2 years of experience on the Client’s/Consultant’s side
• Proficient in English
• Good computer skills, project planning software, other software used in construction. Good knowledge in using MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project is mandatory.
• Very good knowledge of the local construction market
• Excellent organization, planning, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking, complex problem solving, judgment, and decision-making ability.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and be self-driven.

Responsibilities

• The MEP Project Manager is managing thе Construction projects in all phases.
• Manage all aspects of the due diligence process including but not limited to feasibility studies
• Manage all data and processes within a project to ensure the project progresses as anticipated; including but not limited to critical dates within development agreements, leases, purchase agreements, permitting and construction.
• Coordinating all MEP works within the Project
• Managing project scope, cost, quality, and risks
• Managing the design and permitting process of related works and utilities.
• Estimating the project cost for relevant MEP works
• Estimating and sourcing project resources
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
