What we’re looking for

Experienced administrator, consultant, or support specialist of Microsoft Solutions able to provide analyze, design and implementation of Microsoft Services for Orange Romania B2B customers.

Strong implementation and troubleshooting skills for Active Directory, Exchange Online and related Office 365 technologies.

What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for all the implementation phases of Microsoft Solutions for Orange Romania B2B customers starting with Presales consultancy.
• Assessment of the customer environment to prepare for project implementation
• Solution design and implementation, migration according to the technical specifications
• Trainings and workshops for customers
• Design and implement Office 365 Identity solutions, including ADFS, AAD Connect, Multi-Factor Authentication
• Design and implement advanced functions of Office 365 including security, governance, and compliance (DLP, IRM, MDM, E-Discovery, In-Place Hold, Retention Tags, and Encryption).
• Collaborate with operations team to provide L3 support on incidents related to Office 365 and Microsoft products used in Professional Services and Managed Services deployments
• Provide L3 support for all Office 365 Orange Romania customers

What you need to know/have

• Strong experience in Microsoft Solutions and minim 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Relevant experience in Active Directory, Exchange Online si Office 365 Experience in design and implementation of complex migration in Exchange Online din Postfix, Lotus Notes or Google Apps
• Strong technical background on Microsoft based infrastructures

• Design and implement migrations to Exchange Online from source environments other than Exchange, such as Postfix, Lotus Notes or Google  Apps for Work.
• Experience in 3th level technical support for Office 365 products including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, Identity and Office Online Suites.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives iteratively with multiple dependencies and constraints, in a highly dynamic and agile environment
• Able to communicate highly technical problems and solutions at all levels from engineer to partner to C-level executives
• Excellent organization, planning skills, and attention to detail

Good competencies on:

• University degree in IT, engineering or equivalent.
• Certifications in Microsoft Solutions will be considered a plus
