Middle SQL Developer

Job Description

This role will provide SQL Server Database technical expertise and ERP software development. We are looking for an SQL Developer to join our team in analyzing, developing and implementing business requirements for our clients using Microsoft technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and agile person looking to grow and learn in an experienced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Designing, building and / or maintaining applications using internal framework / .NET framework and SQL Server.

Review and write documentation for the SQL objects.

Analyze, troubleshoot and fix bugs for existing applications.

Work with all levels of development from analysis through implementation and support.

Daily report status of assigned tasks to the team leader through specific internal applications.

Job Requirements

University degree, preferably in information technology.

Good knowledge of MS SQL Server acquired in minimum 2 years of SQL programming:

• Understanding of database structures, theories, principles and practices;
• Good understanding of SQL Language;
• Experience building and modifying stored procedures, functions, creating tables and views;
• Create T-SQL scripts to perform complex queries and complex data manipulations;
• Ensure data integrity and data quality among the database environments;
• Technical knowledge of MS SQL Server internals with emphasis on query performance;
• Understanding of SQL Server internals like query plans, optimization and indexes usage;
• Experience with SQL Server Agent and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Strong analytical, communication skills and attention to detail.

Interested in learning new frameworks and technologies.

Professional and responsible behavior.

Would be considered an plus

Any SQL certifications.

Working with ERP systems.

Working with Visual Studio NET and Team Foundation Server.

Building data warehouse and business intelligence solutions in a SQL Server environment.

Good use of English language (comprehension, written and speech).
