Abilities

For senior positions, we expect you to have strong programming knowledge for Android and iOS using platforms such as Xamarin or ReactNative. You will learn with us and in addition, we will give you the opportunity (free) to certify you in one of the technologies relevant to your job.

We work for large and very large clients (eg corporations and multinationals), in addition, we are ISO certified on quality and information security. This means that we expect seniors to know and use the principles of automated testing (such as Unit Testing).

Understanding the basic concepts and terminology in the development of MCV applications such as MCV architecture, how to store and transmit information on the Internet, clients, servers, websites, communication protocols, information security, etc. will be part of the topics of discussion at a possible interview.

And last but not least, there is no team programming right now without GIT. Whether you have used GitLab, Github or the late SVN, we expect you to be familiar with the principles of code versioning.

Responsibilities:

We guarantee that at Softescu you have no boring projects. We have a large number (and growing customers) from various fields (from financial, to industrial) who come to us with unexpected and diverse demands. However, since we are a niche company, we rely on inventiveness and innovation to realize the projects we work with as efficiently as possible. Thus, we are always in step with the news in the high-tech field and we always use the most modern working tools. At Softescu you will work in mixed teams (local and international) with 3-6 colleagues and that almost always involves a colleague from the design department.

We work on the Agile methodology and our projects are of medium or high complexity either through the unique designs applied or through the integration of various technological platforms (eg we have made a dashboard that remotely monitors an entire factory with multiple production lines).

Required technical skills:

• 5+ years of experience as an iOS developer.

• Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, C 

• Knowledge of platforms like Xamarin and ReactNative is an advantage

• Experienced in developing customer-facing, commercial iOS applications.

• Knowledgeable in consuming RESTful APIs to connect iOS/Android applications to back-end services.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID design principles

• SQL Server or other relational DB (Comprehensive understanding with at least 4 years of commercial experience)

• Proficient in GIT

• Knowledge of MCV architecture

• Graduate in the IT field

• Contribution to the professional community is an advantage

• Certifications in the field are an advantage

• Portfolio of apps developed must be provided
