POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Service & Support team is the key point in the interaction with our clients. This position requires verifying, analyzing, solving or dispatching any visible errors reported by the Monitoring interface.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ensure the first level of pro-active technical support for various customers of the company
- Monitor video activity on Mood players
- Identify, solve whenever possible and report technical problems following specific procedures
- Work cooperatively with Romanian and foreign colleagues
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- English – working language level
- Knowledge of French is a plus
- Very good computer skills, excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Responsible, well organized, extremely thorough, open, assertive, proactive, analytical and logical person
- Excellent team player as well as independent worker, cross-cultural communication skills are a plus
