POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Service & Support team is the key point in the interaction with our clients. This position requires verifying, analyzing, solving or dispatching any visible errors reported by the Monitoring interface.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ensure the first level of pro-active technical support for various customers of the company
  • Monitor video activity on Mood players
  • Identify, solve whenever possible and report technical problems following specific procedures
  • Work cooperatively with Romanian and foreign colleagues

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • English – working language level
  • Knowledge of French is a plus
  • Very good computer skills, excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Responsible, well organized, extremely thorough, open, assertive, proactive, analytical and logical person
  • Excellent team player as well as independent worker, cross-cultural communication skills are a plus
