National Orphan Drug Manager
Description:
- Promote product to designated customers group in order to achieve plan objectives
- Develop, manage and build specialists relationships to support the business strategy, facilitating strong relationships and links between customers
- Together with cross-functional team - execute the national brand plan
- Work closely with the Country Brand Lead in the specific therapeutic area in order to design the marketing plans under the supervision of the Rare Disease Lead; support CBL in delivering monthly reports and business analysis requested by the local or global organization
- Liaise with team members and other relevant colleagues to share information to generate action plans and therefore achieve overall team goals
- Coordinate the Pfizer hosted or 3rd party events
- Demonstrate strong levels of cross functional working within the different territories
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the product, customer and environment
- Identify specific business opportunities, draft and implement specific plans of action in order to maximize the opportunity
- Sales monitoring and insuring the right stock in order to cover the market needs
Profile:
- Sales or Customer Management experience in Pharmaceutical Industry - mandatory minimum 3 years of experience
- Medical background - preferred
- Ability to build strategic relationships with internal and external customers
- Project management skills
- High mobility (national coverage) (position located in Bucharest - mandatory)
- English - written and speaking capabilities
- Computer literate
