.NET Developer - Flexible Program

What you will be working on.

This project is for one of our clients, a frontrunner in the transformation of banking and a company that puts technology at its heart.

The Client is undertaking an aggressive digital transformation agenda, which builds on the success of the current mobile and online service offerings. It’s investing in innovative ways to deepen customer engagement through the use of digital channels. The ambition is to position itself as one of the leaders in digital financial services and payments, and to enable the company to deliver the highly personalized, real time experiences that customers increasingly expect.

The Mission:

The team you’ll join develops the applications used by Front-Office, Back-Office and Call Center and also deals with the integration of these applications with other internal or external systems of the bank. In addition to these applications, they also have portfolios and monitoring applications, client portfolio management and data reconciliation.

You will work in an adapted Agile model after the one used by Spotify, using the notion of tribe to incorporate end-to-end competencies into the product development process. Moreover, people in the tribe are co-located (developers, QA, product owners, product specialists), favoring direct interactions and problem solving quickly.

We want to engage a .NET Developer who is eager to take on responsibility and to apply knowledge to real business solutions. Someone who is proactive, thrives on challenges, feeds off success, and looks at moving targets not as obstacles but as opportunities.

What you offer us.

• Confidence in working in a Microsoft ecosystem
• Good understanding of the Windows platform
• Knowledge of IIS, SQL Server, .NET Framework, ASP.NET (.NET Core nice to have)
• Experience with using package managers (NuGet, npm)
• Confort in applying a braching stategy in a collaborative environment using git and TFS
• Experience or high curiosity in Docker is a plus
• Powershell or any scripting language is not a stranger
• Excellent knowledge of English.
