4+ years of managing implementation projects in IT - Networking
Analyze, troubleshoot and correct network problems.

Proactively review customer requirements and propose solutions.

Manage the overall administration of LAN & WAN involving design of network layouts.
Communicate with vendors to gather information about products, alert them to future needs, resolve problems, or address system maintenance issues.
Provide support to Command Center team to understanding the impact of situations related to services
Provide support to operations team in complex troubleshooting requirements
Preferably Cisco or Juniper certified -CCNP/CCIE/JNCIP
Operate Solar Winds for monitoring purposes
Operate Service Now tor ticket handling and trend analysis
