Non-Technic Trainer (Soft Skills)

Takes part in qualification and certification programs, with the purpose of obtaining the status of qualified/certified trainer
Takes part in periodical qualification and certification programs supplied by Daimler AG – of the type Train the Trainer
Conducts an assessment of all the trainees after each course and offers feedback
Is in charge of preparing the technical and product qualification/certification examinations
Performs the evaluation of the trainees (both practical, and theoretical one)
Makes suggestions concerning other requirements identified during training and presents development proposals
Offers consultancy services to authorized partners, in case certain technical issues have occurred and cannot be remedied – on site or by phone.
