We are looking for an Office administrator in our Iasi office to join our global Company on a permanent basis.
If you have a can-do character, willingness to meet and accept challenges, if you have good organizational and communication skills, and you are fluent in spoken / written English, we have a great opportunity for you!
Your mission is:
- To ensure that the Iasi Office functions are managed professionally, accurately and in accordance with Company policy, governmental regulations and existing regulatory policy
- Managing relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Ensuring facilities financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise.
- Identifying and implementing, in liaison with IT infrastructure team, the office infrastructure requirements eg. internet, telephony, furniture, computers, stationery etc. in case of office move.
- Prepare all necessary documents (travel orders, payment orders, etc) for the travel.
- Liaising with the external supplier to ensure that the working environment is legally compliant with Health and Safety at Work and Fire Safety legislation.
- Carrying out activities related to office administration by assisting other departments, such as: HR, IT, or any other department if requested.

- Previous experience of working as Office manager or any position related to management is preferred.
