Requirements:

University or College Degree

Advanced speaking, reading and writing skills in English

Knowledge of using MS-Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point)

Driving license category B

Responsibilities:

Responsible to handle invoices and communication with suppliers
-
Manage purchase activities – packaging, office supplies, equipment
-
Participate in incoming inspection process for raw material and goods
-
Handle suppliers calls, and other forms of communication related to the orders and deliveries: order sending, delivery verification, schedule changes by suppliers
-
Participate in suppliers claims activities
-
Participate in a choice of suppliers, negotiation of prices
-
Handle any other communications and forward on to the necessary departments: quality,
production, maintenance, accounting and management.

Verify all coming invoices and deliveries. Prepare documentation as required by the particular customer, country, government, or requested by management.

Fill in all data for production analyzes needed

Make monthly physical inventory
-
Manage the inventory – verify the flows, register to the system
-
EMS data recording and monitoring
-
Maintain of safety documentation, fireproof documentation
-
Ordering of service activities (waste pick up , forklift, compressor, internet connection...)

To ensure acceptance and keeping EMS rules

Attend all training opportunities
-
Administrative/secretarial duties
