Office assistant

What we are looking for:

OWNZONES Media Network (OMN) is looking for a communicative and friendly Office Assistant to join the growing team in our Romania office. Our new colleague will be responsible for office administration and its smooth functioning, making sure all needed office goods and services are available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs reception activities related to incoming calls, correspondence, packages, visitors.
• Handling the procurement budget for needed products (office supplies, water, coffee, cleaning supplies, etc.).
• Assist external visitors with business trips arrangements to Romania.
• Will be the sole receiving point for supplier invoices. Once received, the invoice will be directed for  verification and approval, after which they will be directed to finance department for booking and payment.
• Will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of a database related to office, such as, but not limited to suppliers.
• Offers administrative support to the CTO, HR Department and other department coordinators within the company.
• Support for the HR department in SSM area.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Communication: Needs tact, will explain policies to employees regarding his/her activity area;
• Technical skills:  Has extended knowledge of the area of activity.
• Computer knowledge: Advanced user of MS Office

Required education:

• University degree (will be a plus)
• Language: English, read/write advanced level
