The role provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to GBS’ employees to maintain an efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as SPOC for communication in office related matters
- Handle incoming calls, mails & electronic mails;
- Greet clients and visitors;
- Support Internal Communication initiatives;
Coordinate relation with third parties in office related matters
- Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required;
- Coordinate office supplies’ management;
- Coordinating events at request;
- Maintaining supply inventory.
Oversee office areas management
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Ensure Compliance in office related processes
- Managing filing system& record info as required;
- Ensure visitors access management;
- Support Employee Health & Safety training and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience might be requested, but this could also be an entry-level job;
- Language proficiency in Romanian and English;
- Competent computer skills;
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of office equipment;
- Good writing and communication skills;
- Analytical abilities and aptitudes in problem – solving
