PURPOSE of the position:
To be first point of contact between HQ and our clients / suppliers.
He/ She will be responsible for:
- Greeting our visitors and announces the person in charge of the meeting
- Takes over the phone calls, mail, and the company's e-mail address and redirects them to the designated colleagues
- Records all documents that come in or go outside of the company
- Archives all official documents both physically and electronically
- Books flight tickets and accommodation for some of the company’s employees
- Books the meeting rooms and ensures the necessary protocol for the meetings
- Offers support in several activities for the board members and takes part in organizing some of the internal events
- Handles all administrative issues that might appear on the spot.
Requirements of the position:
- University Degree
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Office, Outlook – advanced level
- Romanian and English – advanced level, both written and spoken
- Very strong communication skills
- A strong eye for detail
- Very good planning and organizing skills
- Proactive and “Can do” attitude
- Positive and friendly attitude
