PURPOSE of the position:

To be first point of contact between HQ and our clients / suppliers.

 

He/ She will be responsible for:

  • Greeting our visitors and announces the person in charge of the meeting
  • Takes over the phone calls, mail, and the company's e-mail address and redirects them to the designated colleagues
  • Records all documents that come in or go outside of the company
  • Archives all official documents both physically and electronically
  • Books flight tickets and accommodation for some of the company’s employees
  • Books the meeting rooms and ensures the necessary protocol for the meetings
  • Offers support in several activities for the board members and takes part in organizing some of the internal events
  • Handles all administrative issues that might appear on the spot.

 

Requirements of the position:

  • University Degree
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook – advanced level
  • Romanian and English – advanced level, both written and spoken
  • Very strong communication skills
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Very good planning and organizing skills
  • Proactive and “Can do” attitude
  • Positive and friendly attitude
