We are currently looking for an energetic and a pro-active colleague to join us on a full-time position in our Bucharest office as:
Office Assistant
Your main responsibilities will be:

Provide direct support to the Managing Partners, HR and Department Leaders and maintain local confidential information

Reception related tasks including phone calls, ordering stationery and office equipment
-
Organisation of different types of deliveries (via post, DHL, bike express) and their dispatch
-
Correspondence with subcontractors, institutions and authorities
-
Organisation of business travels, meetings and appointments
-
Manage operation of employee facilities and supervise the maintenance of office areas and equipments
-
Identify, get approval and select office suppliers if needed
-
Plan and manage company events
-
Represent in the best way the interest of the company and its employees in relationship with all the stakeholders
Your core competencies and skills:

Hands on experience in office management

Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Problem solving skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team (we are a diverse and cross-functional team)

English language advanced level – mandatory

Driving licence
-
Very good PC Skills
-
Google Suite knowledge (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), , Slack

Being familiar with customs release procedures (DHL, TNT) will be considered an advantage
