Office assistant
Key Responsibilities
; Admin work – RO Branch Admin support
- Daily care about incoming and outgoing correspondence (Post office Dumbravita, Couriers)
- Take over first calls and redirect them correspondingly to Sales and/or CS
- Answer/redirect the general requests received from our partners/customers
- Taking care and organizing documents related to the Administration of the RO Branch and Order processing
- Scan, copy, print out, Archive documents
- If needed prepare the local documents for the local RO authorities-partners-suppliers
- Support organization of business trips & meetings for Sales & CS
- Working with small databases, keep them up-to date, and generate periodic reports
- Translation of documents into and from English into/from Romanian
- Hosting visitors (customers / partners / KUKA employees
. Back-office – Order processing of RO Branch Orders
- Support the preparing of quotes
- Keep contact with existing customer/partners
- Order processing for spare-parts, Trainings, Services - > Robots together with Main Backoffice HU & CS and Sales managers
- Keep track of orders, and contact with customers regarding this order, if needed organize transportation of them
- Admin/Backoffice tasks in relation with the CS/Sales business.
- Participate at the internal trainings needed for fulfilling the daily job & receive the needed knowledge for Backoffice support
- Close contact with the internal KUKA Departments – FICO, HQ
Requirements
- University or College Degree
- 1-2 years experience in similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (German language knowledge is an advantage)
- Optimistic, goal-oriented, and customer focused thinking and communication.
- High motivation, ability to work in a team, independence, and responsibility.
