For our Iasi office in Tehnopolis, we are looking for an/n Office Manager & Recruiter Assistant

Your responsibilities are as follows:
1. IT Recruiter & HR support
- Support for active sourcing and candidate selection
- Organization of interview dates
- Support in the entry-level process of new associates.
- Support the planning of internal and external events.
2. Administrative:
- Processing of incoming and outgoing post and receiving deliveries
- General office administration and organisation
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Travel and appointment management
- Supervision and reception of external guests
- Support of the Managing Director
- communicate with local authorities and accounting department
Your profile:
- Degree in economics, (economic) psychology, the humanities and/or a commercial education.
- At least 2 years experience in IT recruiting
- At least 2 years experience in office management
- Very good English in word and writing
- Strong organizational talent, confident and professional appearance
- Structured, conscientious and self-sufficient way of working, quick comprehension
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- German language is a plus
