We are currently searching for an Office Manager to join and to be part of our Team located in our office in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide specific administrative support for all departments.
- Provide specific primary financial reports to the financial department.
- Review and approve office supply acquisitions.
- Check and scrutinize invoices for accuracy
Main Requirements:
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Knowledge of primary financial accounting - a must
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Advanced in English language
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
