Responsibilities:
- Preparation and control of documents needed for goods board crossing;
- Monitor invoices and other purchase, sales documents;
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, participate in month closing;
- Submit and reconcile expense reports;
- Provide information by answering questions and requests;
- Ensure that documents are scanned and archived;
- Take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that come up during the process;
- Cooperate closely with the all departments and managers within the country and in headquarter - to coordinate actions, gather and share information;
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner;
- Be the owner of office procedures and processes.
Requirements:
- Five years of experience in an administrative/ office management role;
- Must have exceptional attention to details;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize;
- Excellent computers skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook;
- Strong problem – solving skills and analytical abilities;
- English language: high proficiency level.
