Office Manager

Job description

The responsibilities include scheduling bookings and rentals, taking care of the production process on projects, handling client communication, dealing with contracts and invoices, reports and primary accounting, as well as end to end tracking of our projects. The candidate should also have experience with a variety of office software and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

Ultimately, the Studio/Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the studio and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience with finance and accounting
• Degree in finance, accounting or law.
• Very organized and punctual
• Fluent English and Romanian
• 3 years office work experience

What is a plus:

• Photo/Video Production or Advertising experience
• Knowledge of more languages
• Driving license
