Office manager/ Receptionist

For our offices in Bucharest, in Skytower building, we are looking for a motivated colleague to help us with:

- Redirecting incoming calls and correspondence

- Receiving visitors and managing meeting rooms schedule

- Providing protocol for appointments inside the office

- Maintaining relationships with suppliers for office stationary and with courier companies

- Filling in the Registry of documents

- Filling in the Registry for incoming invoices

- Providing specific support to all departments, scanning, copying internal documents on request

Requirements:

- Computer skills (Outlook, MS Office)

- Good knowledge of English

- Availability to work full-timedaily, Monday to Friday

- Adaptability to various tasks, punctuality and responsibility

- Previous experience is an advantage
