Place: Timisoara and Bucharest
OUR EXPECTATIONS
Communication, organization and prioritization skills.
Positive attitude, ability to establish interpersonal relationships.
Experience: minimum 2-5 years on the similar position will be and advantage.
Good organizational skills.
Accuracy and speed in data processing and document preparation.
Very good PC operating knowledge.
Advanced English / Romanian and Polish.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF THIS POSITION
Internal and external communication.
Checking orders with merchandise endorsements, CMR.
Verification of confirmed documents.
Issuing proforma invoices.
Preparation of invoices and notices of accompanying goods related to the deliveries made by the company.
Preparation of Reception Notes.
Verifying stock with scripted stock.
Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers by telephone and email from the point of view of the documents drawn up / received.
Specific reports related to the company's deliveries and acquisitions.
