Kapital HR recruteaza pentru o companie ce activeaza in industria FMCG, o persoana care sa ocupe pozitia de Ofiter Logistica in Cluj Napoca.

Cerinte:
• Studii superioare
• Experienta intr-un post similar min 3 ani
• Cunostinte foarte bune de calculator si de utilizare a sistemelor de gestiune
• Cunostinte privind legislatia in vigoare si autorizatii necesare in activitatea de depozitare si transport
• Capacitate de organizare
• Disciplina si planificare
• Bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare

Descrierea jobului

Principalele responsabilitati:
• Coordoneaza activitatea punctului de lucru din punct de vedere operational si administrativ
• Organizeaza activitatea de distributie in raza de actiune a punctului de lucru in conformitate cu programul national de distributie; Asigura livrarea la timp catre clientii companiei (finali si intermediari)
• Coordoneaza activitatea personalului din subordine
• Asigura interfata logistica cu celelalte depozite
• Realizeaza planificarea si executia activitatilor de transport pentru produsele din portofoliu
• Propune Directorului de Logistica programul de aprovizionare a punctului de lucru pe baza informatiilor primite de la forta locala de vanzari si a capacitatii de depozitare
• Coordoneaza parcul auto de la punctul de lucru (masini de marfa) si raspunde de intretinerea lui
• Identifica si dezvolta oportunitatile de imbunatatire din cadrul echipei, in termeni de viteza, calitate si costuri;
• Calculeaza si raporteaza indicatorii de performanta
