Online Manager (B2B Marketing)

EveryMatrix is looking to hire a skilled Online Marketing Manager with minimum of 3 years’ experience in online marketing. Based in Bucharest, the Online Marketing Manager will work with our Marketing Team to shape and execute the online business-to-business (B2B) marketing strategy for the company.
This role is an integral part of the marketing team that drives efforts, to continuously promote our corporate and product websites across multiple markets and channels world-wide. The Online Marketing Manager must ensure that the online campaigns are running smoothly, and any growth opportunities are identified in the very competitive iGaming industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage & execute, together with the team, multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid search, display, paid social media, email marketing);
• Participate in forming effective paid search campaigns via Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads;
• Be immersed in keyword selection and audience targeting and permanently monitor budget and conversions, and adjust campaigns to gain better ROI;
• Monitor KPIs to assess performance and identify issues;
• Track and record online marketing budgets;
• Oversee and maintain existing accounts;
• Report on effectiveness of online marketing activities (manage all online KPIs);
• Create and deliver recurring reports in all areas of day-to-day marketing operations;

Requirements:

• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Email Marketing;
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, and others;
• Familiarity with data assessment and reporting;
• Excellent grasp of English (written and spoken);

• Work well as part of a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team;
