2+ years’ experience (agency background preferred) in the set-up, management and optimization
Experience with pulling data and generating advanced reports
High attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, highly charged environment
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to set goals, meet deadlines, and successfully manage multiple assignments.
Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics and similar analytical tools
Implement all online advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram) video and email marketing.
Manage campaign budgets and advise on recommended campaign optimizations
Ensure campaign delivery, performance, and goals are being fulfilled
Utilize analytics platforms to evaluate advertising performance and make recommendations to optimize spend and performance for continual improvement
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
Evaluate and recommend new online marketing opportunities and technologies
Identify trends and insights relevant to our products and services, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
