Job Responsibilities:
• Set up and optimize campaigns for Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads;
• Analyze data in Google Analytics and provide feedback;
• Ongoing optimization of online campaigns for best ROI, conversion rates and user experience
• Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization
• Monitor website's analytics through Google Analytics and generate weekly and quarterly reports including recommendations on initiatives to increase conversions
• Share qualitative content on different social media channels;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Fluent in English;
• At least 2 years of experience in managing paid performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads (experience with e-commerce Google Search accounts is a definite plus) and Facebook Ads;
• Strong analytical skills a must
• Working knowledge of Facebook Ads, Facebook Analytics, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Instagram Ads;
• Microsoft Excel – (You can create reports and pivot tablets in Excel, you can use the most common formulas)
• Previous experience in eCommerce preferably with online stores;
• You have the power to recognize anomalies and critical situations in campaigns and respond appropriately strong experience in A/B testing and analyzing data from social ads and google ads campaigns create smart promotion campaigns in order to drive traffic and sales on our websites at a massive scale
• You know what an affiliate network is and how it works;
• Google Adwords and Analytics Certifications are a plus;
• Results-oriented, efficiency and good organizational skills;
