Online Performance Marketing Manager RO&BG

Responsibilities:
•    Managing online marketing channels to increase web traffic, conversion rate and sales, together with the headquarters based on KPIs
•    Continuous optimization of the entire digital marketing mix (focus on SEA, SEO, Paid, Social, Display, Retargeting and Affiliate) to improve ROI
•    Briefs the creative agencies for graphic content (banners, landing pages etc.)
•    Responsibility for the performance marketing budget
•    Planning, implementation and monitoring of annual, monthly and weekly budgets, overall and at the channel level
•    Cooperation, coordination, negotiation and monitoring of external performance, advertising and media agencies
•    Interpretation of regular e-commerce reporting, as well as preparation and elaboration of action plans
•    Optimize the customer journey across all channels, from Ad Impression to Landing Page Experience
•    Online marketing support for all online and offline promotions
•    Close coordination with the online shop and social media

Experience and qualifications:
•    University / College degree specializing in Business Administration / Marketing, Economics or a related field of study
•    Several years of practical experience as Online (Performance) Marketing Manager (especially SEA, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting and Affiliate)
•    Several years of practical experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager
•    Experience with evaluating data and deriving action plans
•    Goal-oriented and result-oriented working method
•    Team player with a positive, empathic and communicative personality
•    Self-initiative and responsible
•    Very good spoken and written English skills
