We are looking for new colleagues who have a passion for making things work and are willing to contribute with creative, out of the box solutions to problems arising in a dynamic environment, under high pressure. We want you to be part of our partner`s Global Network Operations Center and collaborate within diverse and multinational teams.

What you will do:

  • Application’s client: setup, configuration, troubleshooting;
  • Daily routine system health check, alarm supervision– alarm correlation rules, system logs, application performance surveillance,  system preventive maintenance;
  • Backup maintenance – client installation, setup, periodical verification, on demand off-line backup based on given instructions, file or system recovery;
  • OSS user administration – user creation with corresponding access profile, deletion, changes;
  • Qualified support of system users (external and internal), parallel problems processed based defined priorities
  • Maintenance of OSS interfaces to external systems (Metrica, Netcool, Traffica, Remedy). Keep track of availability of OSS northbound interfaces : PM data to Metrica, FM data to Netcool, interface processes stability.
  • Investigation related to connectivity problems to Network Elements. Possible further steps coordinated with IP Team and/or relevant technical teams.
  • On-call duty based on responsibility matrix, guiding remotely Field service/ HW Support for on site intervention.
  • Failure Report management – problem diagnosis, description, FR opening, investigation in coordination with vendor, solution acquired and implemented.
  • Keep consistency in process descriptions and system documentation.

What skills you need to have?

  • University degree (Computer Science, Telecommunications preferred)
  • Job ticketing systems previous experience
  • Previous OSS, System Administration experience
  • Tools: Metrica, Remedy, Netcool, Traffica
  • English language (advanced level)
