Operational Controller- junior

Requirements:

• Economic and/or engineering studies;
• Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel);
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Open minded, logical, task focused and be able to review, adapt and develop existing procedures and processes;
• Knowledge in working with an ERP System;
• English – advanced level
• Willing to develop personal abilities for this job, to learn and observe.

Job Description:

• Analyzes actual production costs versus standard production costs, identifiies operating issues and monitors variances.
• Identifies potentials for cost reduction or/and any other way to increase the efficiency,
• Proactive communication with the other departments and with the Management Team,
• Assists in production activity control to meet efficiency objectives,
• Review production plans to identify and report potential risks,
• Assists the production managers in controlling production costs while maintaining the quality standards,
• Monitors production processes and the execution of production orders,
• Identifies ways of increasing production efficiency,
• Identifies measures to avoid creating excess scrap, minimizing the waste of raw material,
• Performs ad-hoc financial analysis.
