Job Description
For our Engineering Location Iasi we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Controlling Service Center department.
Controlling Service Center (CSC) provides worldwide/regionally services related to the business administration area, for the company's divisions and subdivisions, as economic data analysis, preparation and analysis of financial statements, strategic planning reports, monthly consolidated reports, in order to supply valuable information to the management.
We are looking for a colleague who’s main role will be to coordinate and supervise the data gathering process and data maintenance for planning and tracking of the investment projects of the Central Industrial Engineering Group, and to offer support of the continuous tracking of plant performance to safeguard committed plant budgets and the fulfillment of aligned plant cost roadmaps / long-term strategies.

Investment Tracking & Planning
• Supervision of data gathering process (timing, data quality, completeness, consistency) for Central Industrial Engineering specific investment tracking & planning templates
• Guidance & support of project engineers concerning monthly spending & approval forecast, budget planning, obligo tracking, etc.
Scrap & Rework Cost Tracking & Reporting
• Supervision of data gathering process (timing, data quality, completeness, consistency)
• Monthly tracking & reporting of scrap cost on plant, region and cost per unit level
• Standardization of scrap calculation and reporting (policy deployment)
Plant Performance Tracking
• Supervision of data gathering process (timing, data quality, completeness, consistency)
• Coordination alignment of line performance data (output per shift, automation, OEE) with plant and Central Industrial Engineering
• Alignment with Operations Controlling regarding months end closing and forecast
• Preparation of monthly Plant Performance Report
Job Requirements
You can be a perfect match to our team if you have:
• University or Master Degree in Economical Engineering/ Finance/ Economics;
• Min. 2-3 years professional experience working for an international company
• Experience in automotive industry would be a plus
• Good command of business processes and technical understanding
• Financial Accounting knowledge
• Investment Controlling Know How
• very good English language skills
• Advanced MS Office skills
• SAP knowledge would be a plus.
