Responsibilities:

Identifying operation processes with critical importance and carrying out risk assessment studies for them, sharing the results of related analyzes and studies with the Internal Control Department;
Establishing a control model for Shared Services Area by eliminating and reducing risks, evaluating the controls done by frontline;
Performing the controls agreed by annual control plan which is agreed between Shared Services Area DGM and Internal Control Department;
Making periodic assessments on the design and effectiveness of controls in operation processes;
Determining critical and priority working control areas to provide assurance with the quality of Operation Area functions by taking into consideration Deputy General Manager in charge of Shared Services Area DGM / Area Directors and main shareholder evaluations and guidelines.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in evaluating operation processes, identifying risks and developing controls;
Relevant control experience acquired within audit/control assignments;
University degree;
Good English knowledge;
Very good organizational and communication skills.
