Operational sales and service representative

For one of our clients, an important company in the medical industry which simplifies technology and changes the life around the world with its innovative line of digital products, systems, solutions and assistance, we are currently looking for an Operational sales and service representative with German in Bucharest. 

The Operational Sales and service representative will be responsible for offering support to the customers.

Main responsibilities:

Answer all questions and inquiries from dealer and client, mainly administrative and operational; 

Processing of Dealer Orders (Order Input, Product Availability Checks, Order Confirmations, Price Letter, APP’s) in a timely and qualitatively compliant fashion;

Documentation and tracking of all requests in SIEBEL;

Cooperation with credit department on Invoicing (Billing Verification, Credits, Commercial Invoices);

Cooperation with logistics on delivery tracking, warehouse and transportation claims and returns organization;

Response to Dealer Queries (Order Status, Delivery Schedule, Billing Discrepancies, Credit Changes);

 

The ideal candidate:

Fluent in German (C1);

Fluent English;

Customer Service/Order Management/ Commercial environment experience (min 2 years)

Experience in Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, Skype, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Experience working with SIEBEL and SAP would be an advantage;

Attention to Details;

Good Interpersonal Skills.
