Operations Accountant - (German/French) - Sibiu

Operations Accountant support the companies business and management with the execution of the “order to cash” processes. The focus areas include contract management, booking, invoicing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the required master data for our Tech clients/debtors and align with Finance
• Check contracts parameters, content, volumes
• Check order backlog and create invoices / credit notes
• Performs quality checks for the orders processing and invoicing done by other team members
• Align with project managers and partners
• Monitor incoming payments, understand the customer account bookings and support with the dunning process
• Clarification of differences with Finance and Controlling
• Management of statistics according requirements
• Answer customer and internal enquiries via email and phone
• Creates articles in the system based on the requests from product managers
• Issues license keys for the customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance related
• Experience of working in an Accounts Receivable function
• 1-3 years of related experience is a plus
• High level of attention to details
• Good communicator with effective written and verbal skills
• German/French and English fluent
• Comfortable with MS office applications (esp. Excel)
