Operations Agent

Our operations team consists of individual, analytically minded personalities who share a common goal. The monitoring, compliance and improvement of our processes! Their accurate working style, their unconventional thinking and acting always help them find new ways and solutions.

About your new role:

Use your accuracy and attention to detail to properly handle our document control. Make sure that all necessary documents for purchase and sale as well as transport are available.

Monitor our inventory and act as a troubleshooter! You will find profitable solutions for our faulty cars and introduce them back into our processes.

Take over the function as an interface between partner companies and operations. Make sure that all vehicle documents are stored with our external partner and that these are duly transmitted to our business partners.

You can drive the company's success by tracking, analysing and evaluating our KPIs.

Be there where you need it! When bottlenecks, you work across departments and support your colleagues in transport, inventory and document management.

About your skills:

Your fluent English language skills will enable you to communicate with your international colleagues.

A structured and accurate working style as well as solution-oriented action and the ability to always think ahead are what characterise you.

Persistence and assertiveness are part of this interface function.
