Operations Consultant French/German/Italian

We are looking for French, Italian, German & English speakers to join our global Company on a permanent basis in Tg Mures.

The ideal candidate will have good organizational, communication skills and general computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, internet and email usage). Confident to use English and  at least one of the following languages:  French, Italian, German on a conversational level.

Responsibilities:

• To manage clients and partners (internal and external) enquiries, complaints and issues, ensure to keep all the time customer satisfaction;
• To interact with customers by phone and email to provide and process information in response to their requests and concerns about our products and services;
• Build customer relationship by listen actively, question appropriately by providing update and feedback;
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems;
• Be able to work effectively with others and contribute to team task accomplishments;
• Organize information and data. Ability to assemble and maintain data in a logical file system that can be accessed by you or others at any given time.

As this is an entry-level position, full training will be given to the right individual.

What we need from you:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, German or Italian;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Word and Excel;
• High accuracy and attention to details;
• Able to work effectively under pressure and in an organized manner, juggling multiple priorities.

This is a full time position, with 40 hours per week. This position requires working in shifts after initial training is complete.
