Position:
The Operations Coordinator holds a key mid-level management position of responsibility related to the overall operations of the company and is responsible for the effective and successful management of projects, service implementation, productivity, quality control and safety and compliance measures. Enhances the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. Maintains, supervises and expands he company’s relations with suppliers, providers and sub-contractors and carries out coordination and supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.
Position type: Full-time at Company Offices in Bucharest.
Main tasks
- Ensures daily operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improves operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Ensure adequate materials, supplies, etc. as required for the good performance of the company, are properly supplied.
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Monitors the well-working of certain technologies (phone-lines, e-mails, online tools, etc.) and interacts with relevant external parties for quick resolves to any issues that might arise.
- Communicates job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions. Assesses KPIs.
- Enforces policies and procedures
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans for quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complaints, etc.
- Completes audits and tender documents, etc.
- Activates as Projects Managers where required by Company Senior Management, involving adequate resources, controlling budgets, etc.
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors, providers, subcontractors and parteners
- Work closely with Company Senior Management to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
- Develop operations improvement strategies and follows through with implementation.

- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Project Management or related fields
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Management or equivalent
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, project management or similar
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
Languages
- Fluent in English and Romanian
