Requirements

- Master’s degree in business administration or another related discipline
- Relevant experience in an executive leadership position
- Extensive knowledge of business functions of every department in an organization
- Competence in strategic planning and business development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to ensure organizational focus on critical issues, to act decisively, and to set priorities among competing demands for resources
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication (writing, presentation, and listening) skills and an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as external constituencies
- Responsive and adaptable with a proven ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into the operational plan.

Responsibilities / Accomplishments

The Operations Director will act as a liaison between all departments (Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, ATM, OTC Trading), managing the day-to-day operations, employees, and growth of the business. The person will provide a smooth communication and collaboration to ensure expectations are communicated and goals achieved.

- Create, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success
- Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision
- Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes
- Oversee daily operations and the work of senior management
- Partner with other executive managers to accomplish short and long-term operational goals
- Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company
- Maintain and develop relationships with partners and clients
- Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Mentor employees and management; provide leadership and motivation to people, to meet or surpass organisational and sales goals
