Operations Director

We are looking for an experienced Operation Director to organize and oversee the daily operations for a group of high-class restaurants!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage day-to-day operations while also working toward long-term business goals;
• Daily communication with the team (accounting, operations, human resources and executive management) and assure a good function of the business and its growth;
• Elaborate and implement strategies, plans and business procedures that promote company’s vision;
• Ensure that inventory and ordering is done correctly and with integrity.

• You need to be focused on solving challenging problems through collaboration and partnerships;
• Experience in a similar position;
• You need have to have strong financial acuity and know food and beverage domain;
• You have to be a self-starter with very high-level of communication skills and also to be very organized;
• You need to be confident in your knowledge and take the right decisions building in the same time strong relations with your team;
• It’s also good to know English language;
• Ability to manage more restaurants at once.
