Your role:
The Operations Senior Manager will work closely with the Consulting, Strategy and Transactions (CSaT) Leader in handling day-to-day business operations
, transforming internal processes, implementing strategy and providing business insights required to manage the business. In this visible position you will use your skills to participate in all phases of the business development and management process.
The Operations Senior Manager will be ‘the right hand person’ to the CSaT Leader and will have responsibility for supporting the CSaT Leadership team (as necessary) to execute key initiatives. The Operations Manager is a highly-motivated professional, inquisitive, with great communication and analytical skills, with a natural bias for continuous improvement.
Your key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Core Business Services (CBS) team that supports CSaT
- Working with the CSaT Financial Controller to bring business insights to the CSaT Leader re financial and operational performance and performance improvement opportunities
- Supporting the CSaT Leader and Financial Controller with annual business planning cycle
- Supporting the CSaT Leader to drive operational transformation of internal processes
- Preparing materials for internal and external presentations by the CSaT Leader
- Measuring and analyzing current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize business growth and revenue strategy
- Support the development of actionable business strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CSaT Leader
- Analyzing Service line performance, including revenue, organic growth, and retention
- Provinding ad-hoc financial and operational analysis
- Interacting and collaborating effectively with senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in managing business operations
- University Degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics or Financials and Accounting)
- In-depth understanding of revenue/expense and cash flow management
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with Senior Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in asking difficult questions
- Fluent written and spoken English
